How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → scroll to the Danger Zone section → tap “Delete Account.” You'll need to type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes all your data.

Where do card prices come from?

Live TCGPlayer market prices. Prices update automatically and include condition-specific values (NM, LP, MP, HP, DMG) and graded slab prices.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use encrypted connections, server-side authentication via Clerk, and database-level security policies. CollectorBased never stores credit card numbers — Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe (web) or Apple (iOS), and card transactions happen entirely on third-party marketplaces. How do I export my data?

Go to Financials or Transactions and tap the Excel or PDF export buttons in the top-right. You can export sales reports, expense reports, tax summaries, and full transaction history.

Where can I sell or buy cards?

CollectorBased itself doesn't host a buy/sell marketplace. On any card detail view we surface live eBay listings and TCGPlayer pricing so you can compare offers, then tap through to complete the purchase on the partner site. We don't process payments or hold inventory ourselves. (Additional partner sources like Fanatics, Mercari, and Cardmarket are wired up but awaiting affiliate-program approval — they'll light up automatically as each lands.)

What is Show Mode?

A fullscreen vendor interface for card shows and trade nights. Quick sell without pre-loading inventory, scan cards with your camera, and track session totals in real time.
