Delete your CollectorBased account

Delete from inside the app

1. Open CollectorBased and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately and permanently.

Delete specific data (without closing your account)

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data. In the app you can delete individual records at any time — open an inventory item, transaction, expense, alert, or post and use its Delete action. The record and its associated data are removed immediately. To remove everything at once, use the full account deletion steps above.

Can't sign in?

Email us from your account email address at support@collectorbased.com with the subject “Delete my account.” We'll verify and permanently delete your account and data.

What is deleted

Deletion is permanent and not recoverable. We remove your account and all associated data, including:

• Your login and profile (email address, name, username, avatar)
• Your inventory, sealed products, transactions, expenses, and all financial records
• Price alerts, watchlists, and saved searches
• Notifications, push-notification tokens, and notification preferences
• Any social content you created (posts, comments, messages, likes)
• Your settings, usage history, and AI scan logs

What is kept

Nothing that personally identifies you is retained. Shared community content that other people are part of — for example an event or group you created and others joined — is anonymized (your identity is removed) rather than kept, so it doesn't break the experience for those other members. There is no additional retention period; data is purged at the time of deletion.
